1. Agreement to Terms
By booking any travel services with Quest Travel Agency LLC ("the Agency"), you ("the Client") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services Provided
The Agency acts as an intermediary between you and various service providers such as airlines, hotels, car rental companies, and tour operators. We do not own, manage, control, or operate any of these suppliers.
3. Booking and Payment
3.1. Booking Confirmation: Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified at the time of booking.
3.2. Payment Terms: Full payment is required by the date specified at the time of booking. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
3.3. Price Changes: Prices are subject to change due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, tax increases, or supplier rate changes. Any additional costs will be communicated to the Client.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
4.1. Cancellation by Client: Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following charges:

4.2. Cancellation by the Agency: The Agency reserves the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund will be provided.
4.3. Refund Process: Refunds will be processed within 60 days after the cancellation is confirmed.
5. Changes and Amendments
5.1. By the Client: Any changes requested by the Client are subject to availability and may incur additional costs. All changes must be in writing.
5.2. By the Agency: The Agency reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary. Significant changes will be communicated to the Client promptly.
6. Travel Documentation
6.1. The Client is responsible for obtaining and carrying valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents.
6.2. The Agency will not be responsible for any losses incurred due to the Client’s failure to obtain necessary documents.
7. Insurance
It is highly recommended that the Client obtains comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical expenses, personal liability, and loss of personal belongings.
8. Liability and Responsibility
8.1. The Agency acts solely as an intermediary for third-party suppliers and is not responsible for any acts, omissions, or negligence of these suppliers.
8.2. The Agency will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions of third parties.
9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Agency shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)
Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
Epidemics or pandemics
Government actions, travel bans, or restrictions
Strikes or labor disputes
9.2. In such cases, the Agency will make all reasonable efforts to assist the Client but shall not be liable for any additional costs incurred.
10. Complaints and Dispute Resolution
10.1. Complaints: If you have a complaint during your trip, you must promptly notify the relevant supplier and the Agency to allow an opportunity to resolve the issue.
10.2. Mediation: In the event of a dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation before pursuing any other legal remedy.
10.3. Jurisdiction and Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of [Country/State], and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].

12. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

By confirming your booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
